Information about the club
Kallfors Golf just north of Järna is a golf course that has really taken advantage of the landscape's opportunities. With a total of 27 holes – an 18-hole course and a 9-hole course – a round is offered here that feels both grand and challenging. The 18-hole course is particularly known for its high tees that offer fantastic views, as well as its strategic layout where you are constantly challenged to play smart. It is a facility where you get to test both length and precision, and it is a course that is of high class both in terms of condition and design.
What I appreciate about Kallfors is how the course handles the elevation differences. You often get to hit from high points down towards the greens, which gives a great feel to the ball and gives you a good overview of the hole. The New 9-hole course is also very nice and maintains the same high quality as the 18-hole course, although with a slightly different character that makes it perfect for a faster round. It is a course where the course maintenance team has done a fantastic job of creating playing surfaces that feel firm and nice, which means you can play a good game of golf throughout the season.
Kallfors is a complete facility with good training areas and a high-class restaurant. It is a club that is moving forward and is highly appreciated by golfers in the region for its high quality and fantastic course conditions. If you want a golf experience with elevation changes, beautiful views and a layout that feels modern, then Kallfors is the right place for you.
